Partner ENCA KAUL to serve on Executive Jury for CICLOPE

Parliament’s Founding Partner, Enca Kaul, has been named to this year’s Executive Jury for the 2025 Ciclope Festival in Berlin!

Enca is known across the industry for her collaborative spirit, leadership and strategic insight - all qualities that have helped lead Parliament to become one of the most sought after and respected independent creative studios in the country.

The Ciclope Festival is the only international festival fully dedicated to ‘craft’ in the moving image, serving as platform for directors, creatives, artists, producers, and clients to share knowledge, be inspired and celebrate the best work.

We are so proud to have Enca represent Parliament at this renowned festival in October.
